All sales are final

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of adult products are final. Due to the personal nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been purchased and shipped. We cannot resell items that have left our facility.

Exceptions: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5-7 business days of delivery. In these rare cases, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:

You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number.
You may be required to provide photos or a video showing the damage or defect.
We reserve the right to verify the defect or damage before approving a replacement or credit.
A return for a damaged or defective item will only be authorized by our customer service team. Do not send products back without prior authorization.
